Our olives grow on family farms across California’s Central Coast and Valley, where sun-warmed soil and sustainable farming meld together. Each one is picked at its peak and cold-pressed by our master miller within hours, so every pour tastes as bright as the day it left the tree.

Our vinegars are crafted from fruit grown on family-run Central Coast farms and slowly aged for months until deep and delicious.

Allergen Information
Brightland products are produced using equipment that does not process any of the nine major allergens. Our products are bottled in a facility with strict allergen controls, where any allergen-containing products are produced on dedicated equipment in a segregated area. This includes one product containing soy, which is packed with caution under the same controls.
