Tangy and sweet, summer heat.

Ember is a special edition, small-batch chili vinegar, crafted from California ancho, habanero, and bell peppers at the height of the season — bright, tangy, smoky, and made for summer-inspired meals that last all year long.

Very limited quantities. Available while supplies last.

What Is a Chili Vinegar?

Not balsamic. Not hot sauce. Ember is double-fermented like every Brightland vinegar, built on roasted peppers instead of fruit. All the brightness of vinegar with a slow, smoky heat behind it.
